This double-knitted scarf has 5 Bigfoots hidden among the trees and rocks. Can you find them all?

The gauge provided is for an unblocked scarf. The final, blocked scarf has dimensions of 7” wide x 88” long.

The sample project shown in the pictures was knit in JaggerSpun Zephyr Wool-Silk 2/18 in colorways Basil and Vanilla. 750 yards of both colorways were purchased for the project.

Pattern includes written instructions for the overall project, but the body of the scarf is all charted (no written instructions for that).

Difficulty: Intermediate. The scarf uses an invisible cast-on, invisible bind-off, and slipped edges. If you’ve never done an invisible/Italian cast-on, you will struggle with it at first (but hey, always good to learn something new!). The invisible bind-off also takes some getting used to, to get the right tension. The slipped edges can also be tricky - you have to catch your yarn properly, otherwise the scarf edges will gape open.
