This stunning scarf is created using a technique called triple knitting that results in a warm, plush, virtually wind proof fabric. Think double knitting with an extra layer of fabric sandwiched in between the two outward facing layers. As an added bonus, the addition of a third yarn provides even more opportunity to play with color and design--still with no floats!

Intimidated by the complexity of triple knitting? Never fear! This pattern contains comprehensive instructions for all of the techniques so that even someone who is new to the world of multi-layered knitting can achieve success.

Instructions are included for adding optional beads to the dragons’ eyes. After all, if you can add sparkle, why wouldn’t you?

The dragon possibilities are endless. Want something fiery? Go for reds and oranges. Or choose blue and purples for icy cool dragons. Or go totally wild and create some rainbow dragons. The only limit is your imagination.
