Shawl Construction - This is a crescent-shaped, elongated shawl with a long flowing fringe. It starts with a unique, stretchy YO (yarnover) Garter Tab Cast On and increases within the various design elements. As we begin our knitting trek, we will knit a series of garter stitches and lace. The fun part of this shawl is the fringe, reminiscent of a cascading waterfall. This shawl design was inspired by the Hidden Falls located on a short hike from Jenny Lake in Wyoming’s Grand Teton National Park.
