Difficulty: 3 out of 5 stars. This cable pattern has more advanced cables and cable decreases. Some experience with cable stitches and cable decreases is definitely helpful. If you are not very experienced with cables but would like to try the pattern, I am more than willing to help.

(or as required to meet gauge)
Gauge:
NOTE: When knitting cables, it is very important to swatch your cable pattern so that you have an idea of your gauge. Gauge is extremely important with getting correct size with cable stitch patterns because cables pull the fabric in significantly but blocking helps to lengthen/widen the fabric back out. I have given my gauge for stockinette, unblocked cable pattern in the round, and blocked cable pattern in the round.
Please make sure that you have gauge or your hat could be too small.
