This triangular shawl is worked forth and back in one piece from the bottom up.
The shawl consists of a right and left wing and a small center panel.
At the beginning it can be difficult to manage the large number of stitches, but later it becomes easier and easier.

Some special twisted stitches are used to emphasise the pattern and to make it look more elegant.

Beads are used (the „hidden pearls“) and are placed using a matching crochet hook.

It’s an intermediate pattern and you have to concentrate a bit, especially at the beginning.

The original yarn is “Maschenwerk Farbentrilogie” (a gradient yarn), but unfortunately it’s no longer available.
You can use any other light fingering or fingering yarn or even sock yarn (4-ply).

Here are some alternative yarns:

Lang Yarns Cashmere Lace
Lang Yarns Merino 200 Bebe
Lang Yarns Cashmere Dreams
Lamana Milano
Cascade Yarns 220 Fingering
Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash Fingering

You will need about 950 - 1000 meters, and please keep in mind that you may need to adjust the needle size.

Have fun with this pattern!
(I personally like to have the hard work at the beginning :-))
