High Line Mitts
The High Line Mitts are named for the High Line in NYC, an abandoned rail track that was converted into a park and garden. The NYC High Line is an urban oasis offering greenery, beauty, and art in the middle of the city, and the pattern is named for the way yarn and crafting can provide an oasis and act as a comfort amidst troubling times.
The High Line Mitts can be worked up into mittens or fingerless gloves. Worked from the bottom up, they features a ribbed cuff with a column of texture that spirals around the body. The pattern includes four sizes and both the width of the cuff and the length of the mitts are adjustable. Yardage will vary based on size and adjustments made.
