This sweater has an unusual construction. Asymmetric hem--the back is longer than the front.

The rich tones of Silk Garden colorway #503 are knit in numerous directions in this visually arresting turtleneck. From the lower ribbed edge, the back’s right and center panels are worked up to the shoulder before stitches are picked up and knit for the left side. The slightly shouter front is worked from the left to right; stockinette-and-purl diamonds on a stockinette background add texture.
