Highland Harmony
SKILL LEVEL: This pattern is written in the round. This is an advanced beginner pattern, but you must know how to knit in the round and cast onto circular needles.
Needles used:
4.5mm for small/medium, 5mm large for Cuffs and partial hands. I switched to a 5.5mm mid way for small/medium size and 6 when working the large size glove. If you don’t want to have a super fitted glove and hate switching needles, just start with a 5.5mm/6mm.
This pattern is worked in the Round. I used Flexible Double points, but straight double points are fine too. You could use a magic loop method as well since both gloves are worked the exact same way.
Less than 210 yards required, 2 Skeins of Malabrigo Yarn Rios. This is a great stash buster pattern. Because it requires so little of each skein.
2-4 Stitch markers, needle for weaving ends
Don’t be daunted by the thumb gusset. You’ve got this. This is a no fuss gusset.
