This elegant crochet blanket includes a tree of life Aran motif, combined with an intricate Saxon cable design.

To make this blanket you should be familiar with cable stitches, post-stitches, and puff stitches. We recommend making a scarf design before attempting a blanket. The difficultly level for this blanket is between intermediate and advanced.

The pattern includes a written pattern for the blanket (worked in 1 piece), and the ribbed border. In addition, the pattern has stitch diagrams of the cable and puff stitch motifs. Finally, video tutorials are included for the cable stitches (links below).
