Highland Moor Capelet

Inspired by the Outlander Series, this capelet is made to keep your shoulders and bodice warm. The pattern includes options to make the capelet with a hood OR a collar.
Suggested weight is DK, but a Worsted should work too
Currently only available in 1 size, but can be extended by adding extra rows
as part of a collection
