Hiking Boot Socks are knitted cuff down with a folded cuff (2options) - video tutorial to show how I join my folded cuff is linked within the pattern.

The leg and foot portions of the pattern are knitted in helical knitting; one stripe, spiral knitting with no jog.

The heel and toe is knitted in two colour stranded knitting for extra cushioning and durability.
Notes: TWO SETS OF NEEDLES ARE REQUIRED, (your main needle and one or two sizes bigger) to knit the heel and toe stranded sections of the pattern. Stranded knitting produces tighter tension casing more density and consequently making that specific area smaller and tighter to compensate for that we increase the needle size.

One solid colour and one self patterning yarn was used in this pattern.
