This chicken likes pecking the Rooster, gossiping with her neighbours, and clucking when she sees a juicy grasshopper. She will happily sit on your shelf, or mantel, but asks that you play with her at least once a month. She is very shy, but will warm up to other crochet buddies, and has a soft spot for dog toys.

Materials needed for this pattern:
3mm hook
10mm Safety eyes (black or with colour)
Darning needle
Poly fil Stuffing
Worsted weight Cotton yarn in white, orange, red
Yarn measurements: White 1792cm/58 feet, orange 782cm/25 feet, red 244cm/8 feet

Different yarn may be used, but will result in a different sized product, and may change the shape. If using recommended yarn she will measure 13cm/5inches tall, 15cm/6inches wide and 18cm/7inches long.
