Hills and Vales has just the right amount of stretch to stay on your head when your hair is down as well as stretching over a ponytail or small bun. This toque is a great place to experiment with mixing colours, and is a great stash-buster since it uses so little yarn of each colour. If you’re wanting to incorporate more colours it’s easy to make with more than the two colours shown. The lace is repetitive, with three out of four rows having no increases or decreases, which makes it an excellent venue to venture into lace.
