One size (23”) cowl featuring a whimsical upland landscape of sheep in the hills! Inspired by a local farm that raises Suffolk sheep, this cozy cowl knits up fast making it a great gift or a gratifying weekend knit.

The original pattern was designed for 7 colors, but this color chart can be worked with however many or few colors that you choose, making this a fun pattern to customize the color work to your liking! Most of the pattern is written carrying 2 colors with only a few rows carrying 3. This is also a great pattern for using up some leftover yardage from a color work sweater project (that’s what I did!).
