Himalaya shawl
Design specifications
This beginner friendly shawl is knitted as a rectangular Haapsalu shawl. The only difference from the traditional Haapsalu shawl is that it is knitted in width and not in length.
It consists of the main lace body with a garter stitch border and separately knitted lace edges (in two parts) which will be sewn to the shawl afterwards.
The pattern includes detailed instructions of how to knit and attach the lace border.
