Hip to Be Square Laptop Cover
Hello friends! I’m here and ready to share another pattern with you guys.
My fiancé is heading back to school in a week and a half and his laptop is usually lounging in his backpack without a cover. (Okay, it’s a laptop bag. He doesn’t need a case but I felt like making one anyways.)
I decided on something that looks appropriate for a professional but is still playful, so was born the “Hip to Be Square” laptop case!
This is a somewhat wonky pattern but it’s quite easy to work if you’ve done a checkerboard/ basket weave stitch before. You can either work the repeating portion so it comes out equal (i.e. 5 repeats) or you can go for as far as you want (i.e. 5 1/2 repeats). It really doesn’t matter too much. Either way it will come out looking great.
