Hi and welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy this easy and low- sew hippo pattern! The ears and nose is the only part that requires sewing. You can also create an adorable Rhino with the optional nose included in the pattern!

So I would like you to meet Henry! He is a medium size stuffy with minimal sewing.

This pattern is written in US terms. You need basic knowledge of crochet terms.

The pattern is very user-friendly, and detailed with lots of photos and instruction. If you are a newer crocheter or advanced this pattern will work great for you. You will need basic knowledge of crochet. How to color change, single crochet, increase, decrease, slip stitch, front loop & back loop only crochet.

Finished Size:
Approximately 8” sitting using parfait chunky.

Supplies needed to make Henry:
Premier yarn - parfait chunky - or similar weight yarn of choice. Main body color, accent toe color.
Worsted weight or cotton yarn for face shaping (optional)
5 mm hook - hook size will depend on tension and yarn used. Use appropriate hook for you.
