At the present pattern I describe and show how to crochet a toy “HIPPO”

The size of a toy crocheted with the help of this pattern is 24 cm (about 9.4 inch), it depends on your gauge and on the size of your hook

• Single crochet.
• Increasing.

• Slip stitch
• Double Crochet.

Necessary materials:

1. Plush yarn (Himalaya dolphin baby or Yarnart dolce). -The main color - 1 skeins,
2. A thin white yarn – 1,5-2 m to decorate the legs
3. A thin black and white yarn Yarnart jeans (or any similar yarn) to decorate the muzzle
4. Yarnart jeans (or any similar yarn) for shorts
5. Stuffing – hollofayber or synthetic fluff
6. Safety eyes 12 mm in diameter
7. The hook 3,5mm– for hippopotamus
8. The hook 2,5mm– for shorts
9. A thread of the similar color
10. Scissors
11. A needle with a big eye
