A simple, easy to make yet stylish shawl.

The shawl has a triangular shape and is worked from top neck down, the increases are done on the sides (on RS and WS rows) and in the center (only on RS rows).

Yarn: Designed for Light Fingering weight yarn / 3 ply - 440 yards / 402 m

The sample was knit in: Malabrigo Yarn Sock (100% Wool - Merino, 440 yards / 402 m per 100g) Color: 809 Solis, 1 skein

Gauge: Is not critical for this project but variations will affect yardage and final measurements. Gauge on sample: 23 sts x 36 row = 4” / 10 cm after blocking

Needles: US 6 - 4.00 mm or size to obtain gauge. 32” / 80 cm circular needle

Notions: 2 stitch markers, tapestry needle to weave in the ends

Finished Measurements after blocking: 155 cm (62”) wingspan and 50 cm (20”) high at the centre.
