The HO Scarf is an extra-wide wrap and can be worn as a scarf as well as a shawl/wrap. It is knitted from one end to another. The stitch pattern is minimalistic and has a lot of texture. It is made of knitted, purled and slipped stitches only. You can be very creative with this design and make your individual version of it choosing from a one color unisex version to a colorful eye-catcher.

This knitting pattern has a BEGINNER Skill Level and can be worked for one of the first projects.

You will need Basic Knitting Techniques like:

• casting on
• knitting and purling stitches
• casting off

The following Special Knitting Techniques are shown as a Tutorial (photo and text) in the pattern:

• slip stitch/stitches purlwise with the yarn in front

In addition to a written stitch pattern, a schematic and a photo-tutorial, you will also find a chart for the Main Section with Andalusian stitch to make the pattern very easy to follow.

DE:
Der HO Schal hat eine übergroße Breite und kann als Schal oder auch als Tuch über die Schulter getragen werden. Es wird von einem Ende zum anderen quer in einem schlichten Muster mit einem Farbwechsel (Color Block) gestrickt. Das Muster besteht nur aus rechten und linken sowie abgehobenen Maschen. Das Design ist minimalistisch konzipiert und kann durch eine bestimmte Farbwahl individuell von einer schlichten einfarbigen Unisex Version bis zum knalligen Hingucker gestaltet werden.

Die Strickanleitung ist für STRICKANFÄNGER geeignet und kann auch für eines der ersten Projekte verwendet werden.

Es werden Basis-Stricktechniken vorausgesetzt:

• der klassische Maschenanschlag
• Stricken von rechten und linken Maschen
• Abketten der Maschen

Spezielle Stricktechnik für die Randmaschen wird in der Anleitung gezeigt (Foto und Text):

• Abheben der Maschen wie zum links stricken

Die Strickanleitung beinhaltet einen Text, eine Schnitt-Skizze und neben dem Foto-Tutorial auch ein Strickdiagramm für das Muster, um den Strickprozess besser zu verdeutlichen.
