This is a lace cowl using a variation on the Frost Flower stitch pattern. It makes an excellent, warm, soft accessory when knit from handspun Angora! The Angora I used was sport weight and you could get beautiful results from a sport weight commercial yarn - something like Knitted Wit or Hazel Knits. Gauge is not important, but I found that I liked the resulting fabric best using size 8 needles (I originally tried size 10). The finished size is approximately 22” x 10”.
