This is a pattern for a pair of socks that uses gradient yarn. You can make the socks identical, colorwise, or asymmetrical, depending upon your mood. They tell you that early spring is coming.

These socks are knitted on 2 circular needles and require approximately 370 - 430 yards of yarn. They are knitted cuff down.

There are 4 sizes (S, M, L, and XL) contained within the pattern, and they are sized by gauge.

Skill level: Beginner + - Intermediate, (assuming some sock experience).

This pattern is both charted and written out line by line.

The sample was expertly pattern tested by Aaron Atwood, who can be reached at: eochdubh.pooka@gmail.com. The socks were knit using Blue Fiber Sock Yarn, in I Knead This (MCN), available on Etsy.
