The width of the hat measured at the bottom of the brim is approximately 9.5”. The brim is 6” wide X 19” in length (which is 48 rows) The brim on this hat also has a lot of stretch and give.

This Santa hat is started off by crocheting the Brim first. HDC in the BLO. Seaming the Brim, one of row of HDC in white yarn. Changing to the color red, the remainder of the hat is worked in a continuous round, gradually decreasing working to the point of the hat. The White faux fur pompom is removable, for easy washing and is attached to the hat with a button on the inside of the hat. Holly and berries patterns are included in this pattern.
