HoliPants are mesh pants or shorts knitted in an open-stitch pattern.

HoliPants are knitted top-down. To avoid visible increasing, the increases are incorporated into the pattern at front and back. The pattern includes pattern repeat and increase charts. You can knit HoliPants with a high or low rise.

Purple hotpants: 2 strands of Gepard CottonWool 3, 50 g = 230 m, Col 640; Low rise: 3 (3) 4 (4) 5 balls. High rise: 4 (4) 4 (5) 5 balls.
Black/white long pants: 2 strands of Gepard CottonWool 3, 50 g = 230 m, 1 strand of Col 101 + 1 strand of Col Black; Each colour: Low rise: 4 (4) 5 (6) 7 balls, High rise: 5 (5) 6 (6) 7 balls.

You can, of course, use other yarns. Make the pattern sample to ensure that your yarns are suitable for this pattern. For best results, do not knit too loosely and do not use too fine a yarn.
