Skill Level: Intermediate

Required Skills:

• Create a magic circle (or magic ring)

• Create a pom pom using yarn

• Crocheting in a round

• Decrease stitches (invisible decreasing is used for this project)

• Front Post Half Double Crochet, Back Post Half Double Crochet

• Increase stitches

• Sewing pom pom onto hat

• Single Crochet

Materials needed for this project:

• Size H/8 or 5.00mm Crochet Hook

• Worsted Weight yarn (Red Heart Super Saver Yarn was used--1 skein for each color)
o “Mistletoe” for the hat
o Red yarn and white yarn for the pom-pom

• Yarn Needle

• Scissors

• Stitch Marker
