Holiday Lights Amigurumi
Deck the halls with this fun holiday lights pattern!
The best part of this pattern is the various options. This could be an ornament, used as part of a garland, or even a toy gift for pets or babies.
Materials:
2 colors of medium worsted weight yarn (4): For this particular project, I used:
Caron Simply Soft Yarn- Black
Caron Simply Soft Yarn - Harvest Red
2.5 mm Clover Amour Crochet Hook
Scissors
Yarn needle
Stitch Marker
Sewing Pins
Polyfil
Measuring tape
Finish Size & Gauge:
This lightbulb is about 3 inches tall. An exact gauge is not necessary for this project. The measurements might be different if you use a thinner yarn or a smaller hook size.
Notes:
This pattern’s light bulbs and connectors are completed in the round, and a stitch marker is recommended. A stitch marker could be a safety pin, a locking stitch marker, or even a piece of yarn. Remember to put a stitch marker at the beginning of each new round.
I like to start all my projects with a magic ring. The magic ring can take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it really is a great way to start crocheting in rounds.
