This easy table runner and coaster set is perfect for the holidays. They’re not only beautiful, they’re made from durable easy-care cotton so they will be gracing your holiday table for many years to come.
The table runner isn’t a traditional granny rectangle. First you start with a granny square, then you add rows to each end to create the length, next you add a few rows to make it a little wider, and finally you do a border around the whole thing. You can easily adjust the pattern by adding or subtraction rows wherever you want. It’s a fun, relaxing pattern in traditional Christmas colors, but of course you could use any colors you like. It measures 16 1/2” x 49 1/2”
The Snowflake Coaster is also sold separately here in my Etsy shop if you wish to purchase it alone, but together with the table runner it makes such a pretty presentation. I’d say it’s a beginner+ pattern. As long as you can follow a pattern, you should be able to do it.
