Gauge is not important for this project.

You can use any materials you like to create your holiday swag. From cotton thread up to worsted weight yarn with a hook that is appropriate for your materials.

This is a pattern set that consists of 20 stitches that you can repeat as many times as want to create whatever size you would like.

There are 6 rows to complete. And an optional medallion motifs pattern that can be attached to the bottom of the swag.

As an example, these are my results that I got with worsted weight yarn and a 4mm hook.

I used 4 colors left over from other projects (gold, cranberry, white and frosty green) and repeated the gold for the medallions.
