The Holland Beanie is the perfect project if you want to try your hand at beanie making!
The beanie is worked top-down in half double crochet. For the ribbing, I switched to alternating front and back post (half) double crochet stitches. The pattern is written in US crochet terms, and sizes are available for newborns up to toddlers. I used Katia Merino Baby wool, but any other 4-ply merino wool may be used.
