While originally worked in fingering weight yarn with 3.0mm hook, any weight yarn will work just fine. If using worsted weight yarn, I would suggest using a size F hook, or whatever you need to prevent the stuffing from showing through the holes.

If using fingering weight yarn, the end product ends up being about 2.5 inches tall.
