• This top is worked from the top down. First, the saddle shoulders are worked flat. Then stitches for upper back and back part of the sleeves are worked back and forth to the underarm, then the stitches are placed on a holder. Stitches for the front and front part of the sleeves are picked up along the saddle and worked to the underarm after shaping the neck. The front and back are then joined in the round and the body is worked to the lower edge.
