I love Christmassy accessories that lack the ugly Christmas Sweater look and played around with hat designs until I satisfied my sense of sweetness, elegance, and tradition without being corny. I wanted sparkle without flashy, accomplished by topping the hat with a pom Pom made with tinsel yarn donated by my favorite yarn store owner!

This hat, knit in the round, with medium-heavy worsted yarn, and only 3 rows of stranded work knits up quickly. It is easy enough for an adventurous beginner, while offering those more experienced an interesting opportunity for a speedy project.

The finished hat fits head circumferences of 20-23 inches.
