This hat features holly, with each holly giving a pop of color to the white and gray hat. Each row has no more than two colors, making it perfect for the two-handed stranded knitting technique. The sample hat was knitted with Berroco Ultra Wool and lined with felt. The pattern includes written instructions as well as a colorwork chart. The needles used were US 6 for the ribbing and US 8 for the body. The gauge is 5 stitches per inch.
