Crocheting a doily is a wonderfully relaxed project where you continue to crochet rounds until the desired size. Okay, there are a lot of yarn ends to weave in. But with a cup of tea (or coffee) and a bar of chocolate (or pack of cookies), even weave in yarn ends becomes a fun (and relaxed) job.

With this doily where double crochets (and variations on it) and puff stitches are alternated, you will immediately get into the Christmas mood. The addition of a cotton with glitter makes it a festive doily.

Is Christmas over or do you not like Christmas that much, which is of course also possible. Then choose 3 colors (or more) that makes you happy and get started with this pattern.

The doily had a diameter of approximately 58 cm.

My doily is crocheted with Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/4 (100% cotton) and Hobbi Rainbow Glitter Silver (95% cotton/5% polyester) and hooksize 3,5 mm. But can of course be crocheted with any desired yarn.

After payment, the pattern can be downloaded in both Dutch (NL) and English (US).

Een doily haken is een heerlijk ontspannen haakwerkje waarbij je rondjes blijft haken tot de gewenste grote. Oké, er zijn wel heel veel draadjes weg te werken. Maar met een kopje thee (of koffie) en een reep chocolade (of pak koekjes) erbij wordt zelfs het draadjes wegwerken een leuk (en ontspannen) klusje.

Met deze doily waarbij stokjes (en variaties daarop) en puff steken worden afgewisseld kom je gelijk in de Kerst stemming. Door de toevoeging van een katoen met glitters wordt het helemaal een feestelijke doily.

Is de Kerst voorbij of houd je niet zo van Kerst, wat natuurlijk ook kan. Kies dan voor 3 kleuren (of meer) waar jij blij van wordt en ga ook aan de slag met dit patroon.
