The doll is knitted from 2 colours of MillaMia Aran (tan for the body, and gold for the hair). The outfit is knitted from 3 colours of MillaMia fingering weight merino (green, red, and white). The techniques required include stockinette and garter stitch, increasing between stitches and into stitches, bobbles, right and left decreases, picking up stitches, and sewing seams.

The doll is the same size as my Woodland Elf, so both outfits would fit either doll. I have no plans to publish this pattern myself in the near future, but it may be available in a collection in the future.
