IMPORTANT: I used part of my cotton skein for another project and so have no clear idea of how much I used of the skein for this project, so I suggest using 1 full skein of 160meters/ 175 yards, of cotton (for me this was the Hobbii friends 8/4 cotton)

Materials
1 skein of cotton yarn (I used 50 gr/160 meters of Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/4)
3.5 mm circular/ straight needles (I prefer using circular needles as they don’t hurt my shoulders and
wrists as much)
Darning needle to sew together the band at the top and sew in ends

Stitches used:
K: knit stitch
P: purl stitch
M1L: make one left
M1R: make one right
YO: yarn over
K2TOG: knit two together (knit two stitches as of they were one)
WS: wrong side
RS: right side

**How the bandana is worked up:**

The bandana is worked from the “point” at the bottom while increasing on either side of the rows to create the triangle shape. Once the provided number of stitches is reached, we will make the top hem and straps and sew together the top. Lace is worked all over the bandana in different stages. The lace starts out as eyelets but later goes over into the Old shale knitting pattern. Graphs and written explanations of the lace pattern are provided. The WS is always a
purl row (I still have every single row written out).
