Home for the Holidays Hat
I dreamed up this hat for my Mom. It features a traditional colorwork pattern that reminds me of the warmly lit windows of houses in my old neighborhood on a cold winters night. My Mom always made the season bright for us and as a special way to honor her all proceeds from the sale of this hat pattern will be donated to Habitat for Humanity, a world wide organization that helps families secure decent affordable shelter. As of 11-15 we have raised just shy of $100.00!!!
This generously sized hat suits both men and woman and takes just two balls of Rowan felted Tweed to complete. The pattern includes both written instructions and charts. I have also included color work and chart reading tips.
The turned up brim and bold graphic design make a cozy and stylish hat.
