Home Sweet Home Graph
This graph can be used to make Wall Hangings of various sizes depending on the hook and yarn used.
Based on my Gauge Using a 3.5mm Hook and Dk/Weight 3 Yarn it would be approx 18 x 21 Inches
This chart is based on US terminology.
Stitches used:
ch= chain
sc = single crochet
Graphs are easy to follow once you learn the basics and much easier if you either print out and highlight your progress with a marker pen or use computer software to mark off your progress as you work.
Crochet with Right Hand? - Graphs are worked from right to left starting at the bottom.
Crochet with Left Hand? - Graphs are worked from left to right starting at the bottom.
To begin your graph you will chain 81 (extra chain is for turning and to keep your edges nice and straight) you will then follow the chart depending on which hand you crochet with and complete single crochet stitches following the colour changes as you go along.
Please don’t hesitate to message me if you have any problems I will do my best to help.
