Homebody (Taurus)
Homebody (Taurus) is available individually and as part of the Zodiac Collection. 12 patterns inspired by each Zodiac sign.
Taureans are graceful, diligent, genuine, and loyal. They appreciative beauty, and enjoy all things luxurious and cozy. Taureans are nature lovers and are oriented around the physical world. They enjoy relaxing in bucolic environments, surrounded by serene sounds, soothing aromas, and succulent flavors. Taurus natives are earth signs who are also controlled by Venus. For this zodiac sign, I use an earthy color brown with a touch of green for contrast. The yarn is silky and soft, mixing luxury and comfort, exactly the way they like. The construction and lace pattern are classic, making this shawl perfect for staying at home or just sitting in the grass feeling the breeze.
I’m a Taurus and I have to admit that this shawl is my favorite. Are you a Taurus? I would love to hear from you. Let me know in the comments if the pattern fits your personality.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES
This large and cozy shawl combines lace, waves, and stripes for a romantic and vintage look.
The shawl is started by casting on 5 stitches (with no need for a garter tab). The increase rate is 6 stitches every right side row: two stitches at each side and two in the center. The result is a shallow triangle with long wings, very comfortable to wear and keep on your shoulder.
This shawl is easily resizable, and you can repeat the lace pattern more or fewer times according to your needs.
