Homebound
Homebound is worked bottom up in the round. The casual drop shoulder and A-line flare at the hips combine to make a comfortable, sweatshirt-style fit. Instructions are also given for a top-down-bottom-up hybrid construction that allows for easier customization of fit. The sweater is a bulky pullover that knits up lighting quick. The simple colorwork motif on the front and back mimic the chunky knit stitches popular in those mega-huge arm-knit blankets. I hope Homebound will be your go-to sweater on days when you need that extra bit of cozy.
