Homer's Vest
Easy-to-knit, multi-colored, garter stitch dog sweater. Color changes occur at the sides. Ribbing around leg openings and at rear helps hold the sweater in place.
Level of Difficulty: Advanced Beginner
Measurements:
- Chest: 13 (16, 19, 22)“ (to fit actual chest measurement of dog)
- Length: 9 (11, 13.5, 15.5)“, or 2-3” short of actual measurement from collar to tail
Materials:
- Main Color (MC) in Aran weight yarn: 60 (90, 120, 150) yds or approx. 1 (1, 2, 2) 1.75oz / 50g balls in black.
- Contrast Color (CC) in DK, worsted, or Aran weight yarn: 50 (80, 110, 140) yds or approx. 1 (1, 2, 2) 1.75oz / 50g balls in bright, variegated color(s).
