Honey crumpets are my idea of comfort food. A crumpet toasted until crispy on the bottom, butter melting into the holes and craters and a drizzle of honey following it. Mmm.
It makes me think of warm fires and cold days, of family and happiness.
Honey Crumpets Cowl was designed with similar comfort in mind. A cowl with personality, with the comfort of repetition, familiar but never boring.

Honey Crumpets Cowl is worked in the round, from the bottom up. It features a cabled and ribbed hem which transitions into a body featuring panels of travelling cables bordered by pairs of 1/1 cabled columns, and back into a cabled and ribbed top hem. Version 1 has matching travelling cables, and Version 2 has alternating travelling cables, creating a mirrored pattern.
