Honey crumpets are my idea of comfort food. A crumpet toasted until crispy on the bottom, butter melting into the holes and craters and a drizzle of honey following it. Mmm.
It makes me think of warm fires and cold days, of family and happiness.
Honey Crumpets socks were designed with similar comfort in mind. A sock with personality, with the comfort of repetition, familiar but never boring.

Honey Crumpets socks are worked top-down in the round. They feature a patterned cuff and mirrored cabled legs. There is the option to carry the cable all the way down the front of the leg and foot or transition to a plain instep, giving the option to knit a matching pair with the same instep, or a fraternal pair; one sock with a cable all the way to the toe and one with it stopping part-way down the foot. They have a standard flap and gusset heel and round toe, either of which can be replaced with your favourite heel or toe.

Sizing
S (M, L, XL) with a 20 (23, 26, 29)cm or 8 (9, 10, 11)” foot circumference, measured around the ball of the foot. The fit is similar to a plain sock of 56 (64, 72, 80) sts.

Thank you to my testers Yarnymama, Nevolik and Buckaroo.
