This is a pattern for a baby blanket or afghan in beautiful, textured stitch, made with worsted weight (category 4, aran) yarn and size H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook.

The finished blanket measures approximately 46 by 38 inches. About 1900 yards of yarn is needed for this size. The specific yarn that I used is Pound of Love by Lion Brand (two skeins, 1020 yards each).

The skill level is advanced beginner. This pattern can easily be adjusted to a bigger or smaller size. The multiple for the stitch is included in the pattern.
