The honeycomb pattern looks gorgeous worked with chunky yarn, and create a warm, soft, and stretchy hat!
Completely made with dcs, the pattern is achieved with FPdcs.
Great appearance in any color, with- or without pompom.

Yarn:
Bulky/5
My yarn: Drops/Eskimo, 100 % wool.
Skein 50 g = 50 m (1.8 oz = 54 yrd)
WPI (Wrap per Inch): 6-7

Amount:
130 g (4.6 oz) You need 3 skeins. Size S will do with 2 skeins.
For optional Pom-Pom; + 1 skein.
Crochet hooks:
Body: EU metric 8 mm (US L/11)
Ribbing: Change to EU 7 mm (US K/10.5) for tighter ribbing if needed.
Sizes:
Small, Medium, Large.
Note:
Size S is for toddlers/kids.
Size M is for normal lady’s sizes.
Size L is for baggy/oversized.
Finished circumference:
48 (54-60) cm (19 (21-23) inch)
Total Length (adjustable): 21 (25-29) cm (8.5 (10- 11.5) inch.
Slightly thinner/thicker yarn, and/or smaller/larger
hook, will create in between sizes.
