Yellow: Patons Classic Wool “Sunshine” (discontinued, pick similar)
Green: Cascade 220 “Calla Green” Col. 1052

As everybody’s knitting tensions differ, please always swatch first. You may need to substitute the yarn or needle size to achieve the required gauge: 15 sts / 16 rows = 2” (5 cm)
