L’univers d’Harry Potter est une source infinie d’inspiration et associé au point de brioche, ça donne un autre patron de tricot de chaussettes ayant pour nom « Honeydukes sert aussi de la brioche » (c’est un clin d’œil à mon précédent patron en brioche bicolore simple qui s’appelle « Une tranche de brioche chez Zonko »).

Ces chaussettes se tricotent de la pointe du pied vers le mollet avec un talon après-coup. Il est préférable d’être familier avec cette construction avant de les tricoter. Si vous n’avez jamais réalisé le point de brioche bicolore , je vous conseille de commencer par le patron « A slice of brioche at Zonko’s » mentionné précédemment car ce nouveau patron contient des augmentations et des diminutions qui ajoutent une difficulté supplémentaire au point de brioche qui demande déjà une certaine concentration la première fois qu’il est appréhendé.

ATTENTION: Le point de brioche donne un côté un peu « loose » avec une légère aisance positive au niveau du mollet. Nous ne sommes donc pas sur une chaussette très ajustée à ce niveau-là.

Harry Potter’s univers is an infinite source of inspiration and linked to the Brioche stitch with bright colors, it leads to an other socks pattern called “Honeydukes serves brioche too” (it is a reference to my previous pattern in simple brioche called “A slice of brioche at Zonko’s”).

Those socks are knit from the tip of the toe to the calf with an after thought heel. It is better to be at ease with that kind of technique before knitting them. If you never have knit brioche stitch with 2 colors, it will be better to start with the pattern “A slice of brioche at Zonko’s” mentionned previously because this new pattern includes increases and decreases that add an other diffuculty.

WARNING: The brioche stitch gives a loose aspect with a postive ease at the calf. The sock won’t be fitted at this part.
