A hooded cape with buttoned front that ends in points in front and back and is fringed on the bottom edge. Has gull wing cables along the shoulder line and a tassel on the hood. Cape is worked from the top down in rows and stitches for the hood are picked up around the neckline. The front bands are worked in single crochet.
