Also included is a measurement chart (should you have trouble following gauges!) & details on how to increase/decrease the size, should you not want to follow the stitch counts given /or if you want to make in a larger size /or with Aran Weight or Super Chunky weight yarn instead of Chunky.

If making to pattern, with chunky weight yarn and to stitch counts given;
0-2y uses approx 680m of chunky yarn
2-5 uses aprrox 952m of chunky yarn
5-12 uses approx 1224m of chunky yarn, however if you would like to make this size for an older/taller child please keep in mind that you will need extra yarn.
If adapting pattern for adult size, meterage will also depend on the size you wish to make.
