The Hoodie Hat is a bonnet or hood style hat, worked in the round and in rows. It is a great project for beginners and advanced crocheters. Every kid looks cute in a hoodie hat!

Level:
Beginner. Must have knowledge of basic crochet terms and stitches.

Size:
Pattern follows average child head measurements, and is made to fit ages 12M-3Y.

Gauge:
6 HDC and 4 rows= 2” with a I-9 5.5mm hook. Please test your gauge before starting. I’ll include some measurements along the way to make sure your gauge is still on track.

Materials:
One skein of Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable (I used the color Petunia)
Size U.S. I-9 5.5mm hook, or size needed to obtain gauge
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
